The GlobeScout Pannier Carrier allows you to attach a set of XPAN+ Side Cases. The frame is made from 18mm stainless steel round pipe and hugs your bike perfectly for a secure fit that can handle those bumps without giving an inch.

Installation is quick and painless and each carrier comes with all the required hardware and installation instructions.

Why have I not heard of Globe Scout before! Globe Scout products are high quality, easy to install and rock an awesome finish. You won't be disappointed with the quality, fit and finish. These carriers fit my Pan American PERFECTLY! Weld quality was awesome and materials seem to be true stainless steel (316) . Top notch products.

The racks shown in the picture are NOT the racks you'll get. The racks you get will match the Pan America "scoops" under the pillion seat perfectly. The frame ad welding is of top notch quality and bolts together quickly. I am very happy with my choice to buy these!
