Missing bolts

Hi I contacted globescout to have someone send me the missing bolts bit its been 4 days and no one got back to me. So top case is installed but rattling because its not tight enough without the missing screws

Finally!

I bought these locks for a different brand of hard cases. I first tried Amazon and several different tumbler locks. None of them worked. After seeing an advertisement for global scout on Instagram I followed their page to their site and got exactly what I needed. Now I can travel and lock my hard cases. *I bought the 2005 bmw r12000gs used and it did not have keys for the cases.

I order new set because I lost somewhere both keys from original one. New one came pretty fast . I drill old cylinders and install new one. Easy job . Thank you for quick delivery

These panniers are perfect. Great price and super fast shipping. Locks were easy to install and worked perfectly. I sent a message asking if I would need any additional attachments to mount on my 2022 850 GSA and before they could respond my bags arrived. I was able to answer my own question. Solid luggage good quality build. Stock BMW mounts and these fit like a glove. Not OJs clove but a real glove. Thank you!
